Joseph is an associate in Two Rivers Law Group’s Christiansburg Office. He received his J.D. from Liberty University in 2012 and is currently licensed in Virginia and Massachusetts.
Joseph initially started work as a disability lawyer representing claimants throughout the country. In 2016, he went to work with a risk management and consulting firm in Boston. Joseph advised corporations on risk management and insurance coverage matters during his tenure there. He was also responsible for drafting policies for municipality insurance providers.
Joseph joined Two Rivers Law Group in 2019 and has been working primarily in Black Lung litigation. Joseph also has a prior stint with a major Boston insurance defense firm, where he worked on appeals, employment law (including wrongful terminations), actions involving free speech issues and qualified immunity, municipality defense, contractors defense, slip and falls, subrogation defense, auto accident defense involving commercial drivers, and lawsuits involving local schools.
In his free time, Joseph can often be found listening to old folk music, jazz music, and reading. He is also a fervent Red Sox fan.
