Erica Blackman joined Two Rivers Law Group as an associate in the Richmond, Virginia office. She has been practicing law since 2011.
Prior to joining Two Rivers Law Group, Erica defended clients accused of traffic violations and represented clients in family law disputes. Erica currently focuses on the defense of workers’ compensation claims, including injuries by accident and medical providers seeking additional payments. She helps employers and insurance companies to defend against claims for medical benefits and indemnity, and to understand their rights and responsibilities under the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act.
Erica lives with her husband and three young children. In her free time, Erica enjoys reading and baking cookies. She has over a dozen different cookie recipes and is always looking to expand her repertoire.
